1) What is the website's return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the safety regulations of our industry, we cannot accept any returns. But we are happy to answer any and all of your questions before you purchase from this website. Just contact us at shop@bartec.com.

2) Who can purchase from this shop?

This shop is currently open to all customers in the United States of America. Please contact us if you are enquiring from a different country and we will let you know once an online shop becomes available in your country.

3) Can I purchase all BARTEC products from this shop?

This shop is designed for a quick and easy purchase of standard products. For customized solutions, please contact us at sales@bartec.com.

4) How fast do you ship?

In stock items ordered prior to 10AM Central Time usually ship on the same day. Non-stock items usually ship within the time period indicated in the item description. Please contact us at sales@bartec.com if you wish to confirm stock/non-stock availability prior to placing your order.

5) Do you offer discounts? How do I get coupon codes?

Sign up up to our BARTEC Shop newsletter and let us surprise you with promotions throughout the year. If you are purchasing for a larger project and you wish to inquire about volume discounts, please contact us at shop@bartec.com

6) In which States do you collect Sales Tax? What if I am tax exempt?

We currently collect Sales Tax in the following States

  • Texas
  • Illinois
  • Missouri
  • Washington.

If you are tax exempt, please contact us at shop@bartec.com with your sales tax exemption certificate. If approved, we will adjust your BARTEC Shop account so that you can make purchases without being charged sales tax.

7) My package arrived damaged and/or items are missing. What do I do?

Our shipping charges include freight insurance. When you receive your order and the packaging is damaged and/or items are missing, make sure to document this damage with the delivery personnel. Please also inform BARTEC US Corporation at shop@bartec.com and logistics@bartec.com within two business days. Damage or missing items that are not reported within two business days of delivery, are no longer covered by our freight insurance.
